They say to limit to low power loads and listed 850 FPS and 12000 PSI, but all things I have read PSI shows slightly higher than CUP the powder manufacturers list. The 38 special one should use either rebated bullets or soft lead hollow point SWC (to expand and fit the barrel) or accuracy won't be too good. The 38 short Colt cylinder does not have that problem. Those two companies being: Kirst Konverter (phone number?) and R&D Gun Shop but now called Howell Old West Conversions (608-676-2518).
