WebI am having issues getting Hik-connect working on my DVR. It says offline on the web config page but I also cannot ping litedev.eu.hik-connect.com or dev.eu.hik-connect.com from my desktop pc. It keeps saying request timed out. Is it possible that these servers are down or I am using the wrong server address?
