I have two service accounts with them, my house and my MIL's a few blocks away. We had ATT fiber installed & activated within 2 business days of requesting it, and it was only $5 more per month than my new Breezeline price.

Horrible you are slammed with calls from the second you login and if you don't stay above a certain percentage level and you take a minute to try and figure something out to help the customer. WebCalled Breezeline in hopes they could come out and fix it soon (1-3 days). Next available time is 2 weeks out. For someone that works from home, this is insane. Avoid Breezeline there are in way over their heads. FYI if anyone is having a hard time contacting them, you can file a FCC complaint and they'll contact you.
